  14. My ISP has changed to AT&T Paradyne 3811 modems.  Now is almost imposible 
  15. for me to stay online for more than 15-20 min.  I have used Motorola 
  16. Codex 3255fast, GDC 28.8 and even a USR Sportster to try to find out what 
  17. the problem is.
  18. By now, the only thing I know is that the problem occurs only when using 
  19. V.34 modulation with data compression and/or error correction enable.  If 
  20. I disable those features, the modem performance decreases, but I can stay 
  21. on-line just like before.
  22. Does anyone have similar trobles?
  23. Does anyone have any tips that may help me?
  24. Is this a bug in modem's firmware?
